Automatic Turtle Selection
At the character select screen press Left and Right back and forth very quickly. When it 
says AUTO MODE select your turtle. When you lose your first life the computer will select 
your turtle. 

Options Menu
At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, Start.
