E3 is so Close! | Posted at 03:39 PM 07 June 2014
The Electronic Entertainment Expo beings on Tuesday, and both Natsume and XSeed are promoting the games on display at their booths. Both companies will have playable versions of Story of Seasons and Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley available for E3 visitors. We all know about Story of Seasons, as it's been out since last February in Japan, but Lost Valley is still a tantalizing mystery. So far, Natsume has given out a small tidbit of the game's plot:

Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley for 3DS is the latest game in Natsume’s long-running fan-favorite series. Hiking your way through the mountains one day, you become caught in an unexpected snowstorm, and find shelter with the help of a faint voice. When you awaken, you find and help a kindly Harvest Sprite buried under the snow, who tells you all of the seasons in the valley have vanished except for winter. To return all 4 seasons to the valley, you’ll need the help of the villagers, the Harvest Sprites, the Harvest Goddess, and even the King of the Underworld! You’ve never played a Harvest Moon game quite like this!

Natsume has been teasing a special plushie on Ceecee's Tumblr page. Once E3 starts on Tuesday, keep an eye their Tumbler, Twitter, and Facebook for pictures of the show and of the upcoming game. I'll be wandering around the halls throughout the show, being escorted by Mr.Fogu and posting to my own Twitter account, or at least trying to. If I don't respond to Tweet questions quickly it's because my old-fashion backup phone is slooooww. Before I fly south for the week (I'm going to miss the rain...), here is the July Nintendo DREAM Tsunagaru no Shin Tenchi comic! (BTW, they are ending the Rune Factory 4 2-page comic in the magazine and replacing it with a Forbidden Magna comic.)
