Black Heart Event

You walk into Yuri's clothing store but she doesn't seem to care that you've arrived. She continues on with her business while you stand there, puzzled with her lack of acknowledgement. Emma walks into the shop and asks what you're up to. You explain that you're here to look at some clothes so Emma tries to get Yuri's attention. She doesn't get a response from Yuri either, and assumes that it's because Yuri is so absorbed with her work that she didn't notice her customer.
The two of you move closer towards Yuri and Emma tries to get Yuri's attention again, but it takes a little bit of time. Emma figures that Yuri wasn't aware of her surroundings, as usual, and tells her that you've come to shop. Yuri gets up from her work and simply gives you a basic "welcome", which annoys Emma. She apologizes; Yuri doesn't mean to be rude but this is the first time she's operated a shop.
Option 1: I don't mind
Emma thanks you from the both of them. Even Yuri smiles and thanks you. Emma reminds Yuri to try harder. After Emma leaves, Yuri invites you to look at her outfits. Once you're finished, Yuri says that she enjoyed talking with you.
Result: +3000 FP
Option 2: She's rude to customers
Emma is really sorry and says Yuri made a mistake. Yuri also apologizes, which you accept. Emma plans to teach Yuri how to greet customers and asks that you return to the shop at a later day.
Result: -2000 FP
Purple Heart Event

Walk into the Forest area from the Village you'll run across Yuri. She greets you, yet remains short on words. Yuri heard that you had done some traveling.
Option 1: It was fun
Yuri is quiet, tells you that's good, and then she leaves.
Result: -2000 FP
Option 2: Shall I tell you about it?
Really? Yuri invites you to go back to her place where she serves you tea and asks where you went. The two of you talk for a while. Afterward, Yuri tells you that she enjoyed your chat and she wants to hear more of your stories.
Result: +3000 FP
You must give Yuri a Ring before you can see the rest of her heart events. Give her a Ring on Saturday or Sunday, Sunny weather, between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. Yuri must be at 30,000 Friendship Points or higher.
Green Heart Event

Walk into the Forest area from the Village and you'll see that Yuri seems to be cornered by a pair of wild weasels. You run to intervene, but Yuri objects.
Option 1: Are you hurt
Yuri is annoyed. She was actually there giving food to the weasels. Yuri instructs her little friends to go with her to another area and tells you not to follow her.
Result: -2000 FP, +1 AP
Option 2: ... Why not?
Yes, she was feeding the animals. You feel bad but Yuri understands. What were you doing?
Option A: I thought you were being attacked
Yuri thanks you for being worried about her. She asks if you would like to feed the weasels with her, and gives you some food. Afterward, Yuri thanks you again. She is happy that you fed the weasels together and that you were worried about her. She regards these things as important to her.
Result: +4000 FP
Option B: I thought you were picking on them
She wasn't and now she's sad. Yuri leaves.
Result: -4000 FP, +1 AP
Yellow Heart Event

Emma and Yuri greet you when you walk in. Emma tells you that they're about to have some tea and asks if you would like some too. She instructs Yuri to make you some tea.
Yuri presents her tea to you and Emma. It's really good! Yuri asks if you would like some sweets.
Option 1: I'd better be going home
Emma tells you their treats are really good. Yuri is disappointed that you won't stay. As you leave, Emma apologizes for keeping you. Once you leave, Yuri is unhappy. Emma knows her daughter is upset that she missed the chance to give you handmade treats to eat.
Result: -1000 FP (with Emma too), +1 AP
Option A: I like them sweeter
Yuri's feelings seem to be hurt. Emma thought it was just right. After you leave, Emma tells Yuri not to be disappointed; she'll do better the next time she makes a treat. Yuri just wanted you to tell her that it was delicious.
Result: -4000 FP (with Emma too), +1 AP
Option B: They're delicious!
Yuri smiles and asks that you eat more of it. As you leave, they invite you to eat with them again. Once you're gone, Emma is really pleased that you thought Yuri's treat was delicious. Yuri is very happy.
Result: +4000 FP (with Emma too)
Option 2: Sure!
Yuri makes a slice of pie for you. After you've tasted it, Emma asks how it was.
