Usually when you go to the lake on Mother's Hill you plan on catching fish. Instead of catching a fish
you might just catch Kappa instead! You have a very rare chance of hooking this strange green guy but when
you do the game screen will flash and he'll appear. Kappa will dance around on top of the water and then
return back to his underwater home. How weird!
