Walk into the bar and you'll find Marlin talking to Griffin. Marlin wants Griffin to make his requested drink. Griffin grumbles but does mix up the drink and hands it to Marlin. You walk in after Marlin has consumed his drink. He explains that Romana taught him about the special drink and how it is good for his health. She told him only Griffin can make it so occasionally he'll come to the bar and have one.
Griffin beacons you to come behind the counter and explains his worry. At first when Marlin would come for the drink he would make it, but now he seems to come for the drink more often. He doesn't think it is good for Marlin's body, but he wants you to keep their conversation a secret anyway.
