Nope, one machine will allow you to have up to six "stacks" of items going through it at once.
So for example, the seed maker. Let's say you have 20 pineapples you want to turn into seeds. Since the maximum size for a stack is 20, you could put them all in at once in one stack, but like Lunadora says it'd take about 2 days to process the whole stack. An alternative option would be to use the maker machine 4 times in a row, putting in 5 pineapples each time, so you have 4 stacks going at once. This will cut the processing down to a half a day instead of 2 days.

Two days in the game is a long time to me!
How can you make six sets of seeds at a time? Do you need extra machines?

Actually it does not take that much time. Around 2 days in game. And you are not obliged to put 20 fruits in there to get 40 seeds, you can put up to 20 fruits. And the maker supports up to 6 groups of seeds. So, in fact, you can put up to 120 fruits in it and get 240 seeds after the process. And before someone asks, making flour do not counts on the 6 slots, so if you used 1 slot of the flour maker to make any kind of flour, you still can use the 6 seed slots.

Looks like you can make crazy profit on pineapple seeds, even more than the fruit. Too bad you can only make seeds in sets of 40, and it takes so long -_-

It would really be useful to have the key to the second house, so that you could use its kitchen and bath without having to trek back to your first house - like if you're stretched for time to complete a cooked-item request before the recipient's house locks up at midnight, or you need an extra stamina-boost to keep watering the field at the second farm...
But man, 90-million-G... Well, I might get there, I might not. Probably not. I'll run out of patience and start a new game instead. ^_^

For hardcore players that like to have the game completed in every way possible, they would still go for the key. Even though it's pretty outrageous. Eileen probably has a mansion within the mountain with all that money she got If I ever get that far I'll try to get the key !

Haha, probably. Well...maybe you need to get that..."expansion", if you could call it that before you can get an even better expansion...like a mansion. That would be pretty cool. I honestly think it would be pretty sad if the last thing you could get, the most expensive thing...was just a key to the other house.

Eeyup. Just a key so you can access the INSIDE of the other house (because you're more than free to access the farmland for crops). I honestly think she's planning on building a huge mansion with a chicken she made from the smelted gold you gave her. Or she's just greedy. =p

Wow. So...let me make sure I understand this...all you get is a key for the house on the other town's farm? The house that's ALWAYS been there, but that you just couldn't enter? So she doesn't actually build anything new, she just gives you the key so that you can use the other farm's house without moving to the other town? ...Is there any real point in that? But still, thanks for posting this. I think it's cool that we don't know everything about this game yet.

@Epic: If it helps your judgement I honestly don't cheat until after I've beaten the game. If the game proves rather hard to earn money then I'll use a multiplier or max money code. And I've played a lot of games. A. LOT. @vie: For me I just needed to have certain other codes activated for it to work. But at the point I was by the time this quest popped up I was really almost there. And yes, max stamina is beautiful because holy « Puppy Doodoo », the DS games have freaking pansies! I remember I could practically till my whole field before passing out! To deactivate codes in AR you need to save and start up the game normally then they'll be deactivated (because you didn't use the AR). @Epic: Not when « Puppy Doodoo » you find on the ground is only half a star (as it is in the beginning)! Star quality has just... destroyed my want for collecting anything... Either that or I was babied by GB into earning arsetons of gold easily. @Lunadora: I... haven't even tried WiFi... if I did I'm sure everyone would be rich from all my 5 star crops. o_o; @AnonFish3: Congrats! I'm sure there's a lot of people who play without codes but like I said, I've played like 10 HMs and I'm bored of harvesting crops that don't wield a lot of gold (especially because of the star and freshness system). @Epic: Good luck. ;_; *salutes your sanity*
