How did I not know that I could jump on my animals? I'm going to try it next time I play. Just another way to harass my animals and waste some time.

Yeah, in GrB you could do this, and if you jumped on the animal enough times in a row, it would restore some of the MC's stamina, but even in GrB I'm pretty sure it did not raise FP with animals. And then they just brought this over from GrB but unfortunately without the stamina boost.

Yet another way HM encourages animal abuse

Actually, no, it doesn't increase FP.

It's just something they put in the game.

Actually if you hop on them just right they get a little music note over there heads.

It may take a few jumps to get the music note although. It increases there LP a little but I don't know how much.

i usually jump on my cow and Sheep to get the music note out of them.

i cant every get 15 my animals keep getting in the way, but what about the owl i got 5 jumps on it
(( in konohana with a cow and no pasture for it how does it keep alive?!)) the small space in kono makes it hard to keep jumping on the animals and calfs are really hard
((only got 4 on calf))

Lol I know, and I mean... I guess it is a waste of time, but it gives you a sort of little "mini-game" like thing to do when you're bored and can't find anything to do while waiting to give a second water to your crops.
I do that occasionally to see how many times I can consecutively jump on them~
