Ushi No Tane - Harvest Moon

Am I the only one who would actually like aging MC? You're gonna stop playing the game one day anyway, so I think it would be much more interesting to do so at the closure and not just because the game became way too repetitive/annoying for your taste. That's how I see it anyway: if I don't have some sort of goal, I can't play the game (I don't count getting married/having children as that much of a goal since they're pretty easy to do in most HM games).

I would like to have this feature.

I can answer the question about an aging MC right away: NO! If this happens I am never getting the game, the last thing I want is to see my MC growing old and even die!
I never played a HM games with children that age that much, so I don't know how to feel about it. I don't want a toddler forever, but I would be fine if they remained children or teenagers - I don't even want them to go above that.
What I want are different looks and personalities, that you can actually do something about their personality. I would also love to see more than one child.

I would like my kids to age, but yet have even MORE happen since this new game appears to have many new features. I would love to see my kinds develop individual personality, help on the farm (of coarse) and eventually pursue a life and career outside of my house (like establish their own store, farm, business, etc.).

Then, and only then will I be truly accepting of continuing in-game with children...

But I also think that when our child finally reaches the teenager stage, they should start dating . I know it might sound a bit weird, but I would love to see my child interact more with the other villagers . We should at least get to influence our children to be or do SOMETHING when they grew up. I think it would be pretty cute if our children started dating

I think the teen age should be the last stage (like in DS/Cute).

I want aging children! It wouldn't even have to be a super complex system of their character and whatnot to make me happy, but I just really hate when the kid stays as a baby forever.

Yeah, I find it creepy too. It's like that girl they once did a documentary on who was 16 and looked like a baby still... o.o

YES YES AND YES. Aging kids were a lot cooler and made the game seem more realistic. Aging characters are okay as long as you get to see grandkids and the other characters actually look older especially your spouse. If the character dies I guess that would be okay as long as you get to play as your kid and it actually looks like the kid you had then stop the generational thing after your childrens children marry because then it would make too many generations for the player to keep track of. Oh and have your children marry the rival children of the other couples that you helped marry off.

I love aging children. It always sorta creeped me out to have a child stay crawling after 10, 20, etc, years @_@ But i wouldn't want them to get to old x.x certainly i don't want anyone to die. Having them do something is great too. I love how in animal parade they help you out on your farm. It seems so natural for them to grow up and do that XD Or if they would help your spouse out at work/take over their buisness if they had one. Or whatever they wanted to do for work XD I just feel them working adds depth and realism to the game.

Also they should definitly marry XD I agree it would be cool to play as them and start your relationship with the villagers and new bachelors/bacholerettes but i'd settle for them to remain an npc and still marry. It would be especially cool if you could influence who they marry by how you raise them

I'd like for the kids to have different personalities based on things like who the player is friends with or what the focus of their farm is, such as with AWL. I'd also want to see the kid actually leave the farm and play with the other kids.

I want them soo much, and also ones that have personalities, and like in AWL, maybe they can have crushes on the villagers kids or something... Probably wont be the case, but hey, i can dream

Yes. Aging would be interesting but only to a certain extent people usually get attached to the current Protagonist. So it would be sad if they died.
