All items of the same type in the construction storage stack. There are 3 types of field with each type an improved soil version of the latter and also a paddy field which I grew lotus in.

I still cant build... I got the request book from Dunhill, bought the stuff I need to build the benches and what not but it still tells me I have to wait....

Are you sure you have the right materials??
Like you can't buy the stuff to build the benches, you have to cut the small branches into small lumber. The regular size lumber won't work.
The only stuff you have to buy from Rebecca is the iron to make the streetlamps.

I have been at 99 small branches for a while now, waiting to build.

There are 4 different storage.. things
A toolbox, for tools
A refrigerator for food items
A lumber shed for building materials (you have to make this yourself)
A storage bin for all miscellaneous items

The toolbox, refrigerator, and storage bin can all be upgraded to hold more items but even the basic ones can hold a fair amount.

How does storage work? In the last few consloe games i was quite displeased with the lack of fridge, shelf and other things to store things in.

You can store them away stacked in a different inventory to your normal goods and even sell them through the shipping bin if you don't need them anymore- low grade soil fields being an example.

Unfortunately no you can't do that, you will lose any crops planted on that area. It's handy though if you are upgrading your fields as you dont have to bother scything the old crop- just pop the field in your inventory and pull out another one.

Oh crab apples! still verry handy. And are they kept any where, or can you put them in a storage unit and stack them, or do each take their own space?

Question... For building it says you need EP. My Japanese is patchy so I might have missed it but what is it and how do you get it?

EP is basically space. You have 5000 EP total for your farm, so if your barn is X amount of EP, it adds to the total. My farm hovers around 700-900 EP, depending on if I have all of my fields out, etc
It seems like most stuff add like 20-50, but big buildings would have 100-200 EP/space points that it takes up. (it took me FOREVER to figure it out, haha! My Japanese is really rusty as well)

By the way, I ADORE that feature, how I can pack up my fields if I don't plan to grow crops/as many crops. It's just brilliant.

Does this mean if you plant a re growing crop, you can pack the field its planted on away and whip it out thenext year and save money for other projects?
