They don't have any preference for hair/eye/skin color.

But everyone does have preferences in clothing.

A few examples:
Allen: Nadeshiko Style, Red Checkered Skirt, Purple Mini Shorts, Sapphire China Dress, Orange Overalls
Rod: Casual Mini-shorts, Sailor Scarf, Spring Green Raincoat, Cat Kigurumi (lol), Yellow Ninja
Sengoku: Nadeshiko Style, Gardening Wear, Spring Green Raincoat, Green Ninja, Apron Skirt
Celka: Nordic Dress, Work Apron Wear, Doctor Uniform, BKJ21 blue, Butler Uniform
Neil: Farm Girl Wear, Casual Jacket, Ruby Red China Dress, Natural Style, BKJ21 red
Amir: Blue Apron Skirt, Sailor Scarf, Nadeshiko Style, Blue Ninja, Mini Vest Wear

those are only a few examples though... each character has at least a dozen outfits that they like. Like, most guys have some kind of reaction to the maid uniform (the girls might react to the butler uniform but it's harder to get information on their preferences. I think a lot of people playing as boys like to crossdress lol. but I haven't met [i]any[/i] boy players at all over wi-fi yet, so that says something about the lack of info too). The only way to find out if they like it, though, is to make it and wear it and then talk to them (only if you're dating)

XD Yea, that's what I was thinking, but still, it'd have been funny :P I wonder what outfit he likes...too bad as far as we know there isn't an outfit like the ones he, Amir and Olivia wear. I bet he'd have something interesting to say to that!
