when i use the store, its ether from inside the game, or from the sign in and playstation home tab myself. havent used her for a while though, but i allways use that tab myself. i only ever get errors when the store itself is down. but my ps3 is the old 80gig fat model...

So glad that that worked. I was taking a wild guess as I was running into an error using Playstation store on other tabs.

Which tab did it work? I use the playstation network tab. Same one that has web broswer, eta eta.

I've had that occasionally ever since I got my ps3 a couple years ago. Im not to worried about it though because my ps3 just re-connects a few mins later. Plus I dont do any online gaming so it doesnt affect my gameplay. But like Osuchin said already. The problem is on sony's end so nothing you can do to fix it really.

I can log on to PSN; my dad can still play Burnout Paradise and Peggle online. I haven't checked any of the other tabs. Maybe I'll go do that and see what happens.

By the way, this error's been occuring since last weekend.

That is the same I come up with when I was looking it up. Personally the account suspended lines in that list would have me deeply weired.

Since I can't find any recent chatter about this error anywhere else meaning not many if hardly anyone recently has encountered it or have just not said anything over the internet recently in the recent past.

Maybe you should try not talking about the error and ask Sony about your account? Better safe than sorry? Better yet have you tried making a new PSN account and then tried to log in?

Then again does the PS3 count as an account or is it the user accounts you log in with count as accounts? >.<;

I was playing around on my PS3 and I was given a 80023110 error when accessing Playstation Store through the game tab. So I must ask, can you even log in on your account? Can you access Playstation Store through any of the tabs. PSN tab worked fine for me but I tried some of the other tabs that had playstation store icons and I was given that error but with 110 insted of 100 at the end.

looks like 80023100 are server errors, i found this lot of sorta giberish on a forum...

all of which are 80023100 errors. so ether the server is down, or the server cant be contacted by your ps3. assuming i havent just goten the wrong codes XD but yeah. its probably servers down somewhere along the line

Yeah, 80023100 is a server error.
Your PS3 is the client in the server/client relationship.
It's something on Sony's end.

Is it down right now? I know this week they had scheduled maintenance. I should go check mine. xD

Hi. I haven't been able to access the Playstation Store on my PS3 recently because of an error code 80023100. I can't find the solution anywhere and I really want some Tales of Graces F DLC, so this is driving me nuts. Not even Sony's official help site has any info on it! Please help me! I also want the Skullgirls trial (if there is one) and my dad wants Burnout Paradise DLC. Thank you so so SO much. <3
