no mail unfortunately. Those are energy drinks. They revive your stamina and fatigue respectively.

1) They are more effective versions of the regual Bodigizer and Turbojolt, they heal more then the regual versions. I also believe you get them after shipping a certain amount of herbs.
2) Yes, you do get mail. You will get it on certain special occasions and special events, like marriage.
