| There's no reason to rush. There's no ending and no time limit and there's always next year. Don't worry that others (who use wifi) finished all the restorations in year 1, the journey to get things done is the game. Once you're done, there's not much else do do! Even without trading, I was all done... |

| You can be conservative and only fertilize 1~2 plants if you're leveling seeds or ranking for a festival crop. | I think the JP wiki is wrong with that, or my pets works different. For me is 5 animals herd at 0 hearts and 9 of them at 2 hearts. The pets are at 5 hearts now and still herd 9 animals. But how many animals do you have? More than 9? I have 2 pets doing 15-ish Animals in two barns and 1 pet doing 8... |

| Almost all ethnic food from other countries that are made in Japan tastes different from the source. Even Korean/Chinese food - which are neighbor counties. | Both necessary. Pets are invaluable when you go on trips and other events which causes you to miss bringing the animals inside. I took it once but really don't remember what happened. Though I'm sure it didn't let you bypass the passing out thing. I may have ended up at the doctors...so reloaded.
Think it's just in place of eating food to avoid fainting.

I moved mine to its own barn but it still needs food.
So if you have 10 cows and a horse in the same barn, you'd have to put out 11 fodder on rainy days? If it doesn't get fed in its own barn, nothing much happens (hearts may drop after a while) but he still eats if the fodder's out. |
