talking to people @ festivals

does anyone know if it raises the fp if you talk to the people at the festivals? im on my 2nd year, and have already seen the majority of the stuff, so i just blow through the festivals and go straight to whoever is judging.

however, i was looking at the sunshine island game guide and theres a lot more info about raising friendships than on the ioh game guide. does winning festivals in ioh raise fp too? thanks!

Yep! It raises it more than it would on a regular day.
