Sorry if this has been found out. I'm on my phone and it takes years to search, I just wanted to post. But I just got an amazing request from Eileen. What is it you might ask? The pictures speak for themselves!

Sorry for the quality. My phone has a poopy camera. Just wanted to share excitement! Seems after getting 100% upgrades on BOTH farms his will pop up! Yayy! ♥ Don't know if the year matters (I would think Y2 at least) by I'm in Y3 Summer.

So yes, for an atrocious 90'000'000 gold, 99 lumber and 99 material stone you can live both towns. How? What awesome thing does she make after you give her all that money and materials? A key to the other house. Something tells me she just wanted you to gather materials for her lazy butt. D:

Ohh. You must use some codes too skip days for expantion. I just courious at first how long it's take too have 100% expantion in both farm without AR.

It will take some time.
I'm at the end of Year 6: Bluebell 100%, the tunnel is finished, I have both bed upgrades and the house expansion. I also got the hotspring and both mines. In Konohana I only have 2 field expansions up to now, so I will have Konohana at 100% at the beginning of Year 9.
But you can get 100% earlier in the game, because I got the hotsping and the mines (3 seasons).
So you can the get both farms at 100% in Year 8.
I'm not sure about the house and the sec. bed upgrade. And I don't know if it is possible to ignore the tunnel upgrades by skipping the cooking festivals all the time.

I knew it. I always knew it. Now, if (IF!) The villa really exists, it should be the next upgrade. But as far as things go, seems like there is no villa... Oh well, the key is enough for me, if you ask.

Eileen gets so much money from requests yet her house is so tiny so idk why she gets tht much money and when u compete the request tell us how it goes :!:

@umi: Ha, I have played too much HM to spend the REAL time it takes to get money. I used a code to max the quality of my items to get the best price when selling (there is a code for max money but it never worked for me).
@vie: No, I went each day. But I used a code to stay forever on the 1st of the month to get each request. Still had to feed and tend to all my animals though. Without a code ... egads... too long. I've been playing HM since SNES so I'm bored with how long it REALLY takes to play the game. ;_; I just want the fun stuff!
@Lunadora: I haven't heard about a villa (also haven't rightly been on the forums) but it seems I'm done with the game (I think Eileen is swimming in gold now). All that's left is the last wagon and the completion of the lists.
@Alyx: You get a key to the other house opposite of where you currently live.
@three days grace: She's secretly hoarding so she can smelt it all and make a house of gold. XD

For that max money AR, if you use same code (or whatever) as my brother, you need to push start then select to active that. He end up not use it at all since make money in TTOT is way easy (I know that he mean it's way easy with other codes)
I never understand how this thing work, but I like some of the effect. I like when my stamina is always full!! MC is lose stamina too easy in this game. That's the only AR I use now. I even don't know how to active or deactive it *don't tell me, really, I prefer don't know it and blame my brother for make me cheat *.* *.!!

Earning money in this game is easy I just don't have the paitence (however you spell it) to fish all day or forage all day and « Puppy Doodoo » lol

As far as I am in game, my main source of income are pineapples. Not only the ones I plant, but the ones I get on wi-fi too.
I even have a friend that told me she made 25m in a summer with her pineapples.
