I appear to now have two completely identicle Sickles... I don't ever recall receiving a second one, so is this some sort of glitch?

This has happened to other people... if you still have a game saved from before the glitch, reload immediately. There is no way to fix this problem short of reloading to before it happened, or restarting your game over. Basically your hammer turned into a duplicate of one you already have, so you've lost your hammer for good if you can't reload to before it happened. >_<

The only other fix is to use a game hacking device, such as an action replay. If you don't already have one/use one though, they're $20 and probably not worth it...

I hope you saved >.<
