Ushi No Tane - Harvest Moon

Ok, I know there's many topics about the "Axe Request" but, I didn't find any that is similar with my problem
The thing is, I have completed the "Hammer Request" and expected that the "Axe Request" will be on konohana's board by summer or fall. But i'm already in winter And Sheng send me "Upgrade Request"
I'm in actually 27 Fall, expecting that the axe request appears instead the upgrade.


What should I do?

Keep giving Sheng gifts and wait for next month, is all I can recommend. Random is random and if you do too much restarting, it may have screwed up some kind of counter.

There's nothing you can do to force him to give you specific requests.
