Very nifty, especially for people with bad luck who get stuck watching the pet herding cutscenes too often. oh a bell, that will be VERY handy. this is going to be awesome!

The cut scenes would give you a chance to take a drink of your tea I suppose, but they should have pulled a Professor Layton or a HMDS and made them really rare and scattered methinks.

But they aren't like.... Heart-event cutscenes. The cutscene I'm talking about happens almost everyday at the same time if you happen to be standing outside in the village area. The only way to avoid it is by going into the mountain/forest/river area, being inside, or being at your farm. Nurse Fin wrote: Usually I'm on my farm, indoors, or foraging stuff on the mountain during the trigger times though. I usually am too. But sometimes or won't be watching the time and I manage to just catch it. And even if you go just after he's opened up shop you still end up seeing part of it! It's pretty annoying. That's probably my biggest pet peeve with this game.

That's bound to be annoying... Maybe that's another challenge of the game. Avoiding the cutscenes... Well you can't have it all I suppose. Another thing I found odd was that time didn't freeze inside. Do we know why they stopped that?

Ah yes, but not a hundred times I imagine. two or three times are good lol Games should only be allowed to play the same scenes over and over if they can be skipped. :/ But I'll probably miss them most of the times… At least I'll avoid them on purpose, by waiting a few minutes
