When you guys first saw Yuri, what gender did you think she was? I thought she was a girl all along. I thought I'd start this topic since in Yuri's description it says that no one except her family truly knows her gender.

I think she's supposed to be like Mikoto, you can tell she's a girl but you can see how the other villagers could be a little unsure.

I thought it was a dude.. in fact I was almost certain. I'm not too fond of the whole no one knows her gender thing. Sounds stupid.. But oh well. Marvelous has done worse..

Girl. She doesn't have a typical feminine appearance clothes-wise, but she's obviously a girl.

however I do believe that if Yuri wore more boyish clothes, maybe put her hair up she could look more like a boy!

I think it has been obvious that she was a girl. She have a masculine appearance, but her gender is still easily discernable. Not to mention her gender was in the first tidbits of info we first learned about her after she appeared in one of the first gameplay trailers.
