I can't answer for these questions, but I know you can eat meals together - like a normal family. You can cook for your spouse (and kids) or your spouse can cook for you. I think that this is a very nice addition.

I think I read somewhere that your spouse doesn't stay at home all day and can go for a walk in the village by him/herself, but I'm not sure.

There is a way that nature speaks, that land speaks. Most of the time we are simply not patient enough, quiet enough, to pay attention to the story. The pictures used for my signature and icon were not made by me.

I'm really happy with the children and spouse overall. I'm just glad they don't stay as little children forever, and grow up to at least teens, like in HM AWL, ANWL, DS, and DS Cute ^_^

Ya, I remember the family life in the older games, where your kid was staying at home all days and your spouse was walking around the table. That was boring. I wonder if this time kids do anything else? Too bad we can't raise them like we did in AWL/AnWL. That was fun.

I'm not wild about the kids, but the system in general seems to be a step in the right direction, so I'm pretty pleased

I'm happy with a spouse and children as i love to see them grow up and do things on their own even if it's just one thing, then that's good enough for me

I think theydid a pretty decent job. I don't hav any complaints, except for the fact that the kids don't look/have traits like your spouse's. They did it in Animal Parade, so I don't know >.> I guess it must take up too much data.

AP and AWL had the best kids, so the fact that they are trying to incorporate those features into a hand held game is enough to make me happy

Oh « Harvest Goddess », I LOVE the kids in AWL/ANWL I loved how their interactions in the world around them, coupled with how you treated them and how much attention you gave them affected their behaviour and what they became. I'd love to see that return for ANB ...but it probably won't
