I just can't get it to work! Was it because of a rainy day, or I didn't meet the requirements?

Yeah, it was most likely because of the rain. Try again next wednesday, which hopefully won't be rainy.

Also, make sure you have one empty item slot in your rucksack.

You should have purchased medium rucksack (the one that
have five slots of tools and items) at supermarket. Make sure you have at least 1 empty item slot before you enter the scene.

I've accidentally got her to green heart. will it still work?

Oh yes. Heart events work when the heart is at the right color or better. For example, you can see the black heart event at any heart color. You can see the purple heart event if her heart is purple or better, Etc.. It won't matter with the blue heart event if she's at green heart. Just keep trying to trigger it and it'll eventually happen.

Also, make sure you activated the purple heart event.

Forgot to ask: Do I have one empty item slot or one empty tool slot?

No, you should only need an empty item slot.

Ugh, once again it failed. Is this Event glitchy? Or do I just have to try it lots of times?

Well I was always lucky with events, but I've heard from other people (on this forum) that lots of the events are temperamental in that they are quite stubborn when you try to activate them... All I can suggest is to keep trying really... Good luck!
