i beat legend of mana yesterday <3
(not a huge feat, since my file was already waiting for me with all events completed and lady blackpearl in my party, so i pretty much just had to walk over to the mana tree and do it, but still! now i get to do my crazy runthrough, where i don't get bud and lisa, etc.)

i've also been playing mario 64. my N64 might be going kaput (sadly!), but my sis has a spare (thankfully!), so i was able to play. i'm really close to getting 120 stars, i think i have 105 or so, and i've hardly touched rainbow ride or tick tock clock.

RH is really awesome. The battle system is fantastic; a bunch of the bonus bosses are hard to tackle if you don't know how to use the system properly. :D

the battle system is amazing, especially once you get the hang of it~~

just wait until aht's traps. scratch that, wait until you get the star traps. you will not be dissapointed. :wink:

(eruca's burst light ability is also just amazing -- i call it "instantly kill everything on screen" -- but i'm also a huge fan of eruca herself, so~)

can you guess which party i used most of the time? :shifty:

the only problem with eruca is that you hardly actually have her.

the characters are story are also really good. there's some problematic stuff with it, but it's still really amazing.
those of you who haven't played it really need to, especially if you are JRPG fans! it's a really interesting take on the genre, and does a lot of really fresh things with it. plus, the music is amazing. get it just for the music.
