It's sortof like HM, but different. It's made by Natsume as well. I assume you mean the DS version, so here you are.

Here's a direct quote from the main Ushi web page.

"As the game's main character, you have to discover why your sister, Yunna, can not wake up. The little girl has somehow become affected by the mysterious power of the nearby forest, and continues to slumber no matter what you try to do to awaken her. The strength of the legendary River King might be able to wake sweet Yunna, so you set out to find the giant fish.

On your journey you'll befriend three forest spirits, who each have an unique special power you can activate. You can only have one pet accompany you at a time, but you can switch pets back at your house."

And the game goes on, with the obvious goal of waking your sister. It's sortof like an adventure game, with the style of HM put into it.

You do other things as well, but mainly you live ad do things around the water. Obviously it's a task based game, but other than that, I'm not too sure. I only watched my friend play it once, and it was interesting. From what I saw, it's only worth it if you like HM, like task-based games, and are interested in fishing a LOT.

Seriously...If it's natsume we're talking about, I don't think there'll be any problem for them to make a Fisherman-Life Harvest Moon-like Game instead of just fishing and fishing...It'll be great to be a fisherman once in a while instead of being farmers in the Actual Harvest Moon Game...
I hope we can marry, and build life as a fisherman in this game...Seriously...
