who the mayor in harvest moon twin villages?please tell me please....

There are two villages, so two mayors. One is Ilsa (Konohana)

and the other is Rudger (Bluebell)

Don't horseshoes mean good luck or something..? Maybe it's a charm that mayors of each town wear. (that's my lame excuse). It's great to see a lady mayor, not that it would have bothered me either way if there wasn't; just a nice change though. *pleased*
