Ushi No Tane - Harvest Moon

I'm currently on 27 autum, 1st year and i only see the first bear event near konohana. I know the 4 event unlocking the way to sage's house and you can meet her on spring 2nd year. But now i can't unlock more bear event even i walk by foot acroos the mountain everyday. So anyone had an ideas. So far everything seem normaly to me. I win most cooking festival and the heart bar beween two villages neary full now. Every batchelette had 4 or more flowers. But i want to marry Sage. So please help me. I reset my game four time now to back to 27. ( i read in wiki this event won't happen in winter - may be the bear is sleeping )
So anyone successfully unlock the bear event and meet Sage please help!

You don't need a bear event to meet Sage. You can reach her house from the beginning.

There is a bridge in the middle area on the Bluebell side of the mountain. You will cross the bridge left to right; on the right side, go down the first slide. Then walk right. That's where Sage's house is.

Thank you. I'm so stupid that i never know that's a jumping mushroom there (the tree do a good cover). But about the bear event, do you know when they happen or the condition?

This is from a post within the massive "Rhea's guide" thread. I didn't want to paraphrase it in case I misunderstood something. But it sounds like each time you expand the tunnel you can activate a new bear event. And then opening the mine will trigger a fourth event, and that's it. Good luck!

PS, the first 3 events are utterly useless. >_>
