You haven't got a link to an image, you've got a link to a photo album.
Hover over one of the images, and click on the "IMG Code" to copy it, then paste that into your signature.

Oh jeez, don't teach hotlinking, Silver. ಠ_ಠ
Always, always, always use a dedicated image hoster, like Photobucket, Imageshack, or Imgur. Not only does it avoid (potentially embarrassing or inappropriate) anti-hotlinking images from appearing in your signature, but you're not wasting someone else's bandwidth without their consent.

I assumed it was their own photobucket account, but you might be right. Even so, it's better to hotlink from someone's photobucket than some random website you stumble across in your merry travels. 
I'm not particularly bothered if someone hotlinks from my website either*, but unless you've personally checked with the owner of wallpapers22 (or whatever site you stumbled onto), you can't be sure whether they mind or not.
*Of course they'll get a nasty surprise when I turn it off for the night (considering it's not hosted remotely)
