Ushi No Tane - Harvest Moon

okay I know I have not been resetting my days in case something something went wrong, but for the past few days now Howard only seems to be putting up the same 3 items in his cafe

None of the other shops are doing it .__.

has anyone else found a problem like this?

I've noticed that happen occasionally with Howard or Yun's shop (in the latter's case it worked out really well because she was selling puerh tea, so I loaded up and got Ina to full bloom.) It seems to work itself out eventually, or you could try buying something and see if that 'shakes things loose'.

I have since I upgraded the field in konohana and I need to stop off at a cafe to make sure I have enough stamina, so Howard's is usually where I go ^^;;

I've never noticed that problem :/

I'm sure his inventory will go back to normal when the seasons change, at worst!

You go all the way to Howard's from Konohana? That's so far!

haha yeah, I have the tunnel completed and generally around 3pm game time I have done everything apart from water my crops in bluebell/konohana, so I stop off at howards xD

It's still far! Do you just prefer the cafe to the tea house?

Hmmm, and what do you buy to gain stamina? I'm expanding Konohana first and sometimes I have the same problem...

it sucks because now Oracle's posting up the request for the UFO cart...but I can't do it and be rid of it D: so she doesn't post up requests where she gives you magic water >.< having a booster to stamina would work wonders!

Yes it does. There is a limited number of magic waters in the game, and you can either ship them or use them. You can have up to 300 stamina points.

Magic water? I have to look this up...

In the meantime, for replenishing stamina, I've found the most useful thing to be rice porridge. You can buy the rice from either general goods shop for fairly cheap, and that's all you need to make it. Eating one rice porridge will replenish your stamina by almost 1/3 of your stamina bar, which is better than most things I've found at Yun's... but is there anything comparable at Howard's?

You should be careful if you keep on resetting the day in the game, the products of all the villagers and even the items in the mountains will stay the same (in the same place) for the whole season. In the next season, they will change items/products.
