Ushi No Tane - Harvest Moon

So this is my first time trying to move. We talk to the mayor of the town we want to move to right? Ina is not giving me the option to move to Konohana even though her dialogue says to talk to her over the counter if you want to move there! I'm so confused.

I beleive you have to talk to the mayor of the town you are living in. Also it can not be a rainy day or festive. What's the date? You can only move after the 23rd in the month.

Yup fishy is right, you need to talk to the mayor of your town after the 23rd of the month

what? thats just stupid. @_@ why on earth would the game tell you to talk to the wrong person! thats just...ugh.

No. I didn't read anything wrong. In the game I'm living in bluebell. And when I talk to Ina she says that I need to talk to her if I want to move FROM bluebell to Konohana.

I didn't check the site because I find the info there is not always correct and I was going off what the game said.

I'm not an idiot.

Oh I thought maybe it was a glitch I just never noticed. I think some people feel like it'll be easier if they just ask or perhaps they misinterpreted the guide? I dunno.

In this case, the site is more correct than the bad translation then. Remember you're playing a Harvest Moon game, historically one of the glitchiest and badly translated games. We love them even with all that and learned not to get upset at the booboos.

You've got to wait for the town hall to open and talk to Ina or Rutger over the counter from the 23rd to the 30th. Sorry if this has been mentioned before.

I have not tried to move yet, but I have read that from the 23rd of the current month - the 30th somewhere.

I also read somewhere, but I do not remember where that it also mentions through the 3rd of the next month. So whoever gave this option is mistaken, okay.

I understood that it was the mayor of the town that you currently live in. I also read that it does not work on all rainy of festive days.

I have a question, what about if your town is not having a festival, but the other town is on the given day?

As far as I found this forum through this website, but I post questions that the answer is not found in there.

Festivals only apply to the town you're living in. eg. If your town has one but the other doesn't, the stores there will be open. You should be able to move.

I thought that if our town that we are currently living in was having a festival, we would be unable to move, because all of our stores were closed that day.

But my question was if our town was Not having a festival, but the town that we wanted to move to was having a festival. One time, I did notice that Diego harvest goddessand Jessica were open when they had a festival. By the way, I live in Konohana.
