Yellow heart event almost always have other requirements. It happened to me yesterday, everything was ok for me to see Hiro's yellow flower event, but it didn't occur. I found out latter that I need to befriend Ayame to 25,000 FP to trigger it.

Since you're trying to trigger Laney's, you need to raise Georgia to purple flowers and Howard to 25,000 FP.

But I try to see the Green Flower. not the event of Yellow flower ...

Are you asking her after 8pm? The event must be activated between 6 and 8 pm, even though you can go on a date from 6 - 10pm on Wednesdays.

And if you didn't know already, you need to trigger flower events in order.
Like purple, blue, green, then yellow.

Everything is perfect, but still does not pass the event.

The weather can be sunny or snowy.

Sometimes it just doesn't happen. It took me four+ weeks to trigger the second heart event with Cam. Make sure you know what weather it needs to be as well, and that it's not an event day. This happened to me, the day kept occurring on a rainy or festivity day, but two weeks where everything was perfect didn't trigger it either. Just keep trying.

I have a difficult time to get flower or even random events to trigger on half rainy days. Just because the weather may be correct for triggering the enent, if the weather is a half-day, it may still not trigger, because of the other half of the day.

Even events that say rainy do not trigger for me, even if if is raining on a half rainy day, because the other half of the day was sunny.
Same thing for events that say sunny, I may be trying to trigger events, but since the other half of the day was rain, it will still not trigger.

Everything else may be perfect for the flower events and random events to trigger:
Day of the Week
TIme of the event
Heart Levels of those concerned
Weather is correct for the event to take place, but the weather of the other half of the day may cause it to not trigger.

Even events that can be Sunny or Rainy, I cannot trigger on half days.
