Do you get an award for winning festivals in Grand bazaar, because I won the flower festival but I didn't get an reward for it only the satisfaction of winning and all the villagers congratulated me.

Yeah, you get rewards for some festivals.
Like wine, butter, cheese, etc.

The flower festival just earns you FP with the villagers.

You can get rewards if you win the horse racing and the cooking.
