But if it's like RF:2(i think i forgot) where you play a different story as your kid then that'd be kinda cool...except its totally branching to its own storyline and it'd take longer to translate and stuff. Plus, it's not the actual point of the story to become your children and play as them.

But the girl looks like she's as old to be one of the bachelorettes...OTL.

I've always wished that when your kids reached a certain age, or when you married someone, that person would become a character available for you to play. I think that'd be so cool, but I look forward to the kid growing up all the same :3

::giggles:: too right, it'd be fun to play as your child, have them adventure and wed....

i'd love to make them a playable character you can toggle on and off! not just play the same story as them...

I agree, if there was some way you could toggle on/off between your original MC and your MC's child, I would LOVE that, but that's quite complicated to do. It would be cool to play as the kid, grow up and get married and have a family of your own, and then go back to the original game and have your child + grandkids chilling in the village, but I don't even know if that's possible, not to mention I wouldn't want to lose all of my progress. I sort of liked how they did it in Rune Factory 2, but at the same time, I really didn't...it was innovative and cool, but I'm glad they didn't have it in RF 3 and I'm hoping they never have it again. It's just a hassle. You get so attached to your player character that you don't really want to move on from them.

I guess that's true, you really come to love your MC
