Ushi No Tane - Harvest Moon

Sorry, another question....

I cannot figure out how to get the upgrade stuff for my hammer and axe. The sprites said to give stuff to Iroha and I did but all I got were plans for gardening stuffs...

I guess I am worried that I missed something (darn my partial Japanese...)

You need to gift Iroha to get the blue prints for the axe and hammer. Once you have these you can then go ahead and upgrade with the materials you have. You need copper and iron for the first upgrade IIRC.

Thanks. I got upgrades for the watering can, the scythe and the hoe (2 upgrades). When I gave her gifts after that is she didnt give me anything. I was worried that I gave her something wrong or misunderstood.

I guess the question is, is it time locked? I am at the end of summer, I am gifting Iroha something different everyday, I have not yet upgraded any of my other tools.... But I still cannot get the axe or hammer plans. I would like to start building large house like structures in town but there are so many pine trees.....

I've found that instead of gifting her over and over, just gift her ever once in a while (like a week), but still talk to her. I usually gift her after a festival (that you participate in), and she almost *always* gives me blueprints.

This is just if you don't want to waste items and keep hoarding lol

Finally got it! I gave her a blue or a red flower. I got the 2nd upgrade tho, dont know/understand how that worked....
