Hey, Jada - were you living in Konohana at the time? Somebody previously reported getting that line from him even when they lived in Bluebell...so right now that line is in the "Konohana festival but you live in Bluebell" section. But if you were in Konohana and got that same line, then I'll move it to a more appropriate location. ^_^
*Edit* @Jada - Nevermind! I see from your contributions in the other thread that yes, you were indeed living in Konohana. ^_^ I'll go edit the location of that line, then.
@Rainy - Thanks! Yeah, despite me being married to Kana in my first file, since I started this thread later we don't have much of Kana's married dialogues at all. So any bit is welcome!

I haven't been playing much ._." semester is coming to an end for me, and my Japanese exam comes up a week earlier than my other exams, so I may vanish for a bit :'D I need to get fluent in casual and polite past tense verbs, negative adjectives, ect >.<

After you get a husband down to low enough flowers, does he loose the AM at-home dialog I wonder. That "So happy to see you in the morning," line they all have. Or maybe it simply changes to another AM dialog based on flower... Or maybe just to a general all day at-home dialog. Eh... I'm actually curious about spouse at-home dialog in general...

Based on my experience when I managed to get Cam down to pink after marriage...
They seem to keep their daily greetings, but then the at-home dialogue changes to reflect the new flower level. And it appears that they say the same thing all day no matter what time it is. (which is different from at full bloom, when they say something different in each of the three time slots). A bit disappointing that going down a level only nets you ONE new dialogue line...maybe it would change date requests and stuff too, I don't know...it didn't for me, but then 6f and 7f usually are the same dialogue.
And it was so dang HARD to get him down even that far! I mean, it took over a full season for me to get Cam down to pink - and that was giving him a bad gift (a branch) every single day including his birthday. (I figure, +100 for talking to him, but -300 for the bad gift...so net -200fp every day plus extra on his birthday...) I couldn't stand the thought of continuing all the way down to 1 flower right now, especially without being able to save so I'd have to do it all in one playing session... so pink (6f) was all the farther I got with Cam before I gave up.
So if you decide to try it - good luck! Maybe somebody has an AR they could use to get the flowers to go down faster...?
Oh! And Clove, if you do do it, when you get Hiro down to 2 flowers, sleep through 31 days without saving or talking to him. It's supposed to activate an event where your spouse will fuss at you for not spending time together (then you can even choose the negative option and earn -1000fp points, to bring him down to 1 flower faster).
I actually have an AR for my DSi and DS. Fortunately I actually know how to use the thing, so I really don't understand why people freak out about it breaking games. (I admit I'm a horrible pokemon hack, a legit pokemon hack, but a pokemon hacker none the less.) I've had to use it a few times to get certain dialog. Actually... I believe these is a flower code. Maybe... that you can use to hack someone's flower level. Though I'm not sure. I haven't looked into it. I do know there are affection multipliers. I really don't know if they work both ways though (multiplying negative gift points). However, if all else fails, I can simply spawn 99 of said spouse's horror gift :'D I usually don't mess with game mechanic codes (weather, time, raw flower amount), just intensify codes (raising friendship faster, spawning items, freshness and star rank). But I may look into it...

And whoa, there's a dialogue for if you ignore the spouse completely for 31 days?! Interesting! I wonder if it would happen at higher flower levels too or if you do need to get them all the way down to 2 flowers first.... ^_^
