Where can I see Friendship Points?

I've gotten through the first spring and have been giving gifts to residents, but do not know where I can actually see the frienship points or friendship level that I'm at with them. Only the bachelor characters have visible hearts when I speak to them (I'm playing as a girl).

Is there a way to see the FP I have with other villagers?

The friendship point values are hidden. There isn't a heart meter, bookshelf book, or any way to visibly see your friendship with non-marriage canidates.

Darn, I was hoping I was just missing something & was somewhere I hadn't looked yet. Oh well.

It's a little confusing. is there an easy way to tell when you have 'maxxed' someone? ie. is there a final 'reward/gift' that I should aim for?

Not every villager gives blueprints or cooking recipes, but there's no need to worry about it. Eventually you'll be maxed friendship with everybody because of your festival wins and other interactions.

He hearts are supposed to fill up fast in this game, so you won't need to worry about their heart levels so much, I don't think.
