higher star rank for tree seeds??

i want to conform on something here. to increase the star rank for tree seeds, you put it into the G. windmill right?
but i don't see any different!? so tell me if i'm doing something wrong here. thanks.

You have to grow a tree, use fertilizer on it, and then take its produce to get higher ranked seeds.

I don't think you can increase star rank without growing it first.

plant a tea tree - fertilize them - harvest and cut them - grind your tea to make a seed - and back to the step one
that's to make the tea or other crops a higher rank
maybe the year is affect too I dunno~ :shifty:

It's a bit of work, but the turnover is worth it.

Grow a tree, and keep planting the same tree over it (increases rank) and keep using fertilizer every day until its not seeds anymore. Then, the Rank will be higher.
