I don't mind being stalked by them. It's a great way for them to get feedback and info. Maybe they heard all my yapping about how cool it would be to be able to customize the MC and all the others agreeing and decided to try it out.

Uh, just to be clear, natsume doesn't make the HM games... some people seem to be confused or making requests to the wrong people :B

As other's have said, it's a great way to get feedback though I'm not really sure how much influence natsume has on marvelous. It's still useful though on their end. Anyways, I'm not surprised, in fact, it seems weird that they've only done it lately (or so it seems) seeing as how it looks like more people come here for HM info than the natsume boards.

It's useful so that they listen to our ideas when they translate, and don't take out things we want kept.

People know Cher's site is the best ;3 She's clean and precise on her guides and then the members here are really helpful. I'm glad Natsume is starting to see that too.

Funny story... they actually do. During the "issue" uprising with ToTT 3D Glitching. They actually contacted me on this forum. I had sent them my game because I was able to reproduce the glitch. I was actually shocked that they cared enough to do that!

I noticed just recently that they changed their customer service from the on person to just a team, so they may not be as individual as that. They really do care for their fans and every time I've emailed it has been a very caring response.
