I think that might have been some kind of translation error or something.

It is not difficult to obtain at all. You just need to a build bee hut and place a bee in it that you obtain from the Ancient Ruins vacation spot. The special bee produces Flower Honey and Royal Jelly.

Both left and right sides of the farm unlock in the game. The right side is where the terraced area and its "sprinkler" spring is located, and the left side is a wide, empty area. The areas unlock as rewards for completing Dunhill's town renovation plans.

I finally completed all 5 town requests! The real killer is getting the pearls for the gorgeous fountain.
The next day, after you've completed the last request, Dunhill comes to your house in the morning and you celebrate the town getting completed. He asks you to name the town (limit 10 characters) and a firework display goes off. The Goddess and sprites speak to you too. You also get a trophy which goes on the front shelf in your house.
Then the credits roll and it time jumps to the next day. This lets you continue farming and perusing marriage as you were.
