Doesn't matter. I don't even plan to marry Neil and I would refuse to buy the game if Natsume took him out as a bachelor. Localization companies pulling that kind of « Puppy Doodoo » is not okay and really shouldn't be tolerated on any level.

That said, I'm positive Natsume would never do anything that major, so I'm not worried.

I hate when companies do that, and sometimes when they do, I just buy the game 2nd on my to-buy list. :3

I hope they didn't take Michelle out. Definitely a minority with an unpopular opinion here, but Michelle is my favorite. I honestly couldn't care less about Neil. Either way, I'm sure I'll find someone I like!

They won't do that, because they could loose money, and big companies don't do like to loose money. Which is part of the reason Walmart treats their employees like poo, and why there are Chinese, and of course other peoples, but the Chinese are the most known, who work just pennies a day, hey they can *maybe* pay for Gerber Life!

If you read the rest of my post, you would know that I wasn't spreading any type of rumor. I said that IF they removed a bachelor, it would be a good enough reason to not buy a game, regardless of whether or not he was my favorite.

Whoa, dude...there are just so many things wrong with this...

Anyway, no one here should be worried about missing bachelor/ettes. It sucks they left Neil and Yuri out of the handbook but it's not that big of a deal. It's just another hype; everyone gets worked up over nothing and there's nothing wrong.

Let's just all relax and look forward to an official release date from Natsume, hm?

Er I don't think Natsume even has that huge right to remove people and other major stuffs. Every character's a major stuff in the game since that what comprises it...
Heck where in world did those ideas of removing NPCs came from? I haven't seen a single HM game with a character removed... Right? xD (Features removed yes, but characters? Na-uh afaik)

EDIT: Does anybody have an idea on how big the "forage-able" areas are in this HM? I mean, is it as big as TToTT's or as small as GrB's?

Umm, I know that the foraging area replenishes, so you clean out an area, and then sometime later, it has stuff in it again, but it's bigger than GrB, there is a mountain, and from screenshots i've seen, it looks to be big.

That's what I said in the first place. Honestly, the ONLY things to my knowledge that has ever been removed was maybe a bit of dialog that was seen as too mature for the younger kids, and the best friend feature. That's it. When you get into the issues of removing anything bigger, you end up with the same issue that the Sailor Moon dub had. They took too much out so the dub never finished. Natsume is too scared of losing such a big name to do something like that. This is utter nonsense really.

I am a bit weird in that most of my time is spent foraging. I do my farm work, give my gift to whomever, and run around the entire map collecting *everything* I can find to sell.(I may also give my gift to whomever while I'm foraging depending on their schedule) Having stuff popping up over and over again may bug the snot out of me. I'm very particular and I hate leaving anything behind. Anyone know if it sticks around the next day? And is the map like the one in SS? I enjoyed being able to see everything while time is stopped but I think having time stopped while I'm in that 'edit' mode thing.

Yeah. Natsume never removed Julius and Luna from TOT (I'm just talking about TOT here because Luna was short). They were, IMO, far more controversial than Neil, Michelle, etc., and we ended up still able to marry them.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but can the food in this game go bad like in HM:GB?
because that was something i really hated in that game

If I remember correctly, someone(I think Nurse Fin) mentioned that the spoiling food thing was off, so things won't go bad in this game
