East Meets West, Part One   Transcript: Read Me!

The Turtles are still battling against their arch-enemy Shredder and his Foot Soldier Army. Chung I, the Shinobi Shaman, continues to watch over a Magical Glass, which imprisons a race of man-like dragons. Raphael gets into a tough fight with the Foot and Splinter has to leave his chess game with Andre to help him. Later on Splinter meditates and his spirit goes into the realm Of Dreams, where Chung I tells him that it's no longer safe and to leave. Splinter ignores the warning and returns to the realm Of Dreams, only to be captured by one of the man-like dragons. The Shredder sends some Foot soldiers to track down the Turtles and they eventually follow them to their lair, where a fight happens. The Turtles defeat the Foot and then notice Splinter is "sick" and become worried. Chung I is destroyed confronting the man-dragon from the other side of the Magical Glass. He sends his daughter to New York to help the Turtles rescue Splinter.

East Meets West, Part Two   Transcript: Not Yet

Chung I's daughter arrives in New York and reveils herself to be a mutant turtle named Mei Pei Chi, much to the Turtles delight. She explains that Splinter has been captured by dragons in the realm of Dreams. Donatello makes fun of her for believing in such things as magic. Mei Pei Chi travels into the realm of Dreams to find Splinter, but is then spotted by the leader of the dragons and she runs away to Central Park. She too is found by the Foot Soldiers and she makes quick Turtle Soup out of them. The Turtles then give her the name Venus de Milo because she returned to the Sewer Lair carrying a statue head that one of the Foot Soldiers broke off. Venus then decides that she must teach the Turtles to dreamwalk, but first they must take care of some previous business, meaning the constant struggle with the Shredder. They travel to the Foot's headquarters and they become overwhelmed by the Foot Soldiers. Venus then uses her Shinobi powers to destroy the evil mind of the Shredder, leaving him helpless.

East Meets West, Part Three   Transcript: Not Yet

Venus tries to teach the Turtles how to dreamwalk, but they become very frustrated. She realizes that it's easier to let their spirits be free if they're sparring, so she takes them to the rooftops and lets them spar. Venus then takes their spirits into the dreamworld, where the find Splinter. They also meet the leader of the dragon men, who calls himself the Dragon Lord, and his sidekick Wick. He allows them to escape with Splinter, but he follows them in order to escape out of the realm of Dreams. Dragon Lord and his army called the Rank make headquarters in an abandoned building and then set out to find the Turtles. They find them in the park having a celebration picnic. Dragon Lord wonders what he may turn into if he eats the mutated Turtles! The Turtles fight against the powerful Rank, but Splinter is captured again by the Dragon Lord. Venus uses her Chi magic to free him, and the Turtles escape back into the sewers. The Turtles' self esteem is lowered because they lost the battle and they wonder if they can ever defeat the Rank.

East Meets West, Part Four   Transcript: Not Yet

Dragon Lord's alchemist Wick creates a Serum of Invincibility, but he only has enough ingredients for one potion. Dragon Lord sends out the Rank to get the remaining ingredients Wick needs to make more. Donatello's satellite setup alerts the Turtles to the Rank's movements so Raphael takes off after them. The Turtles follow their hotheaded friend to a warehouse full of stuffed endangered species. They rescue Raphael from being beat up by the Rank and run away. Dragon Lord doesn't get all the ingredients he's after, so he sends the Rank to the Bronx Zoo. The Turtles again follow to "observe" how the Rank fight. When they arrive the Rank are no where to be found. Venus uses some magic powder to reveal that the Rank are hiding in the bushes. The Turtles defeat the Rank, but the one that remains uses the Serum of Invincibility to beat the Turtles. Venus knocks it off his chest and the Rank run away. Leonardo goes off and notices a real turtle walking across the ground, but then he is knocked to the ground by a fleeing Rank soldier. The Turtles return back to the sewer den to celebrate and Donatello begins analyzing the spider broach that was containing the Serum of Invincibility.

East Meets West, Part Five   Transcript: Not Yet

Leonardo dreams of the turtle he met at the Bronx Zoo the previous night. The turtle tells him he needs to find "a new way", but Leonardo doesn't understand. Dragon Lord realizes that the Turtles must spy on them somehow because the Turtles always arrive in the same spot that they do. Dragon Lord makes a plan to trap them. Donatello analysis the Serum of Invincibility and is puzzled as to why water, bones, and horns make the Rank fight stronger. Venus explains that it's magic, but Donatello doesn't believe her. Leonardo tries to talk to Raphael that they need a "new way", but Raphael is hard to convince. Dragon Lord sends the Rank to the Aquarium to pick up dolphin parts so then they'd have all their ingredients. Donatello realizes that the Serum of Invincibility is just a placebo that makes the Rank think they're stronger but they're really not. The "eye in the sky" alerts them to the Rank's movements and they also head toward the Aquarium, but the Rank are waiting for them. They attack, but not before Donatello lets them know that they're Serum is just junk. The Turtles then defeat the Rank. Leonardo then realizes the "new way" that the turtle was referring to is the "Turtle way".

Staff Of Buki   Transcript: Not Yet

Dragon Lord reaches back in time and grabs the Staff of Buki from an old man. The Staff is used to reflect a magic user's spell back, hence destroying the magician. Meanwhile in the Sewer Lair, Raphael's temper tantrum is quickly dissolved by Venus, who uses her Chi magic to trick him into defeat. Dragon Lord sends out the Rank with the Staff to track down Venus and destroy her. Instead the Rank run across Master Splinter and Raphael in the sewer, who were discussing Raphael's recent distraction (aka Venus). Splinter tells Raphael to get help and then defeats the Rank group, who run off to another part of the sewers. In the Lair, Donatello created some radio controlled airplanes and Venus surrounds them with Chi magic to create self-flying airplanes. The Rank set off Donatello's motion detectors and the Turtles go into the sewers and use their airplanes to attack the Rank, who run away from the "mechanical birds". The Rank take one of the airplanes back to the Dragon Lord. Dragon Lord is disappointed with the Rank's failure, so he personally goes to the streets and by using the Staff of Buki, draws Venus to him with the Chi magic that surrounds the airplane. The Turtles follow to help her. When Venus uses her magic, Dragon Lord uses the Staff. Instead of destroying Venus, she reflects the Staff's power back at him. Disappointed with the Staff's results, he returns it back to the past.
