Of course we can't have a show without the Shredder, the Turtles' natural enemy. He is still trying to destroy the Turtles at the beginning of the Next Mutation show. Venus uses her Chi magic to reawaken Shredder's mind and make him realize how evil he really is. The Shredder reappears later on in the show, but he is not as powerful as he once was.
Dragon Lord
Dragon Lord is the king of all dragons. He and his Rank army had been trapped in an enchanged glass and have now escaped. The world was once ruled by dragons and he has emerged to reclaim what was origionally his. Dragon Lord still doesnt understand some of the wonders of the outside world an can become amazed at such little things like broomsticks. He is amazed to see walking Turtles and wants to digest the same ingrediants that made the mutant in hopes that it will make him all powerful.
Wick
Wick is Dragon Lord's sidekick. If the Dragon Lord needs some sort of magic potion created, Wick is the one who makes it for him. The little dragon has a hideous laugh to match his personality. Wick wont hesitate if he gets the opportunity to dethrown the Dragon Lord and become king himself. He doesnt appear to be very loyal, so he has
to suck up to be the favorite in Dragon Lord's army.
Simon Bonesteel
Bonesteel is a big game hunter who's specialty is hunting endangered animals. The Turtles are of course endangered as well (being that there's only 5 of them), so Bonesteel is always trying to catch them. He hopes to either sell one of the Turtles to get a lot of money, or use their shells as a coffee table. No matter what, he doesnt have very good plans for them. He has a collection of guns that he has even given female names to, like Susanna the whip and MaryLou the crossbow.
Dr Cornelius Quease
Dr Quease is a world renouned scientist on mutation theories. No one else in the scientific communicty will take Quease seriously, except for Donatello who thinks Quease is a genious. He has been recruited to work for the Dragon Lord in hopes that he can figure out what made the Turtles so big. Once he finds out he'll feed the 'evidence' to the Dragon Lord in hopes he too can gain the mutant powers.
Silver
Silver is the last of the Himalayan Yeti's. Instead of spending his time on top of a mountain, he decided to make the most of it by going into crime. His gang of humans have the collective IQ of a peanut and they think he's the smartest boss around. Silver is always looking for a way to get more money then he already has, usually by stealing it from somewhere. He also is highly offensive to monkey jokes, even though he likes to eat bananas.
Vam Mi
Vam Mi is a vampire who's been asleep for a very long time. Before Venus was around, Chung I trapped Vam Mi and took her heart away. Now that Bing and Chi Chu have reawakened her, she craves for her heart back. She travels to New York to retrieve it from Venus, who has no idea that the herb she has been carrying around was really her heart.
Bing
One of Vam Mi's servants is Bing, a small vampire. He and Chi Chu are very good fighters and have no problem defeating the Turtles on several occasions. His braided hair can be used as kind of a whip, and he does use it against the Turtles. Bing seems more afraid of Vam Mi's power then Chi Chu does. He even gets caught by Bonesteel when he goes to spy on him. Bonesteel lets him go though.
Chi Chu
Chi Chu is the other of Vam Mi's servents. She and her friend Bing have reawaken Vam Mi and traveled to New York City to get Vam Mi's heart back. She seems to think of all the evil plans in the group, and is just as dangerous as Vam Mi herself. Chi Chu has a hideous high-pitched laugh that could scare any Turtle out of his shell.
