Mora
Mora is the orange Nature Sprite. He's a little sleepy and oftentimes hungry. His job as a Nature Sprite is to make everyone feel better.
You'll first meet Mora after Spring 22 of your first year by walking to the Forest Road area to the Mountain Hill. After that you won't meet him again until year 2 when you unlock Dessie. You can then give him gifts and talk to him to raise his friendship.
The Nature Sprites stay in the Forest Road area from 6:00 to 12:00, then they can go to a random public field area (or the Forest Road again) from 12:00 to 18:00. From 18:00 to 20:00 they are back in the Forest Road area. After 20:00 they are gone until the next day

Cheese is made in your Cheese Factory, Broccoli is a Winter crop, and Carrot is a Fall crop. Any type of shrimp will work for this recipe such as Tiger Prawn, Lake Prawn, or Marsh Shrimp.

The other item he loves is Pizza, which requires a Tomato, cheese, and Flour. It may be easier to cook him Pizza than give him plus-quality goods if you don't have any cows that can produce it.
