Rival Children

Each of the marriage rivals will produce one offspring. This is usually 2 weeks after the wedding ceremonly. If the rival child was going to be born on a festival day, its birth is pushed off until the next day.

You will receive a letter in the mail from the couple, announcing their new family member. If you visit their house you'll view a little scene of the happy couple and their new little baby.

About two weeks after the baby is born, you'll receive a letter in the mail explaining that the family is going to have their picture taken because their child has grown up. Go to Simon's photography studio to see the mature rival child and his/her happy parents.

If you happen to go to their house before going to the photography studio, you can see the baby still in its crib.
