Wild Items

Around the land of Castanet you'll find herbs, berries, ocean-items, and mushrooms you can pick up off of the ground and use for cooking recipes, gifts, or shipped for some easy money. You will find a different variety of wild grown items every season.

Every day new items will appear for you to collect. Even if you do not pick up what was there the day before, you'll find something new in its place. For example, if you left a Cranberry on the ground and came back the next day, you may discover that the Cranberry is gone and a Blueberry is there instead. The only place that seems to keep the same items every day is the pack of brown mushrooms that grow on the path between your farm and Garmon Mine District.

The wild items do not have quality ranks to them like most of the seasonal crops do. You can also eat the wild items to restore stamina. In the mines you'll find a lot of brown mushrooms and mushrooms on the mine floors, which you can eat to restore stamina as you look for ores and jewels.

Colored herbs and mushrooms can also be picked up off the ground by the animal pets that you befriend to live on your farm. If you take your pet out for a walk around Castanet, it will find herbs or mushrooms for you. The pets can not find berries or sea items.
