Introduction: AWL SE is a port of the Gamecube game, A Wonderful Life, for the Playstation 2 console. The PS2 game has a few enhancements added in:

• You can marry Lumina
• Your character's clothing color changes each season
• There are different colors of horses you can get; the color is random
• A daughter child is available
• The game doesn't end after the last chapter (similar to Another Wonderful Life, the girl version of AWL)
• Each chapter is 1 year long (40 days)

Crops, animals, trees, festivals, and so on are all the same as the Gamecube version.

The game was made available as a PSN download for the Playstation 4 on March 29, 2017, in North America and in Europe. The Ps4 version includes trophy support, and does not have the slow play speed that the Ps2 verison is notorious for.
