You must live in a much warmer zone than I do if you're able to plant potatoes already. I can't even plant snap peas, brocolli or any of the hardy greens, yet (we had a small blizzard just yesterday, after all.) This year I want to employ more construction in my gardening...building terraced beds and the like.
