Players will grow Monkey Banana trees, collect Banana Chips, and then trade the chips in for the Gold Chimpanzee. The festival will last until the 21st.
MAQL has announced that the Japanese release of Rune Factory 4 will be this July, but the company hasn't given a specific date yet. In the latest 3DS game, the boss monsters can become potential marriage candidates - Famitsu has Kohaku (for boy main characters) and Diras (for girl main characters) listed.

In Hajimari No Daichi news, MAQL has announced that the Yak and Llama will be new animals in this version of Harvest Moon. They will be included along with the Cow, Jersey Cow, Chicken, Silkie Chicken, white and brown Alpaca, Sheep, and Suffolk Sheep. They also hint that the original style of cow is unlockable somehow.

The game is also featured in the Japanese Nintendo eShop with a few new screen shots but it has the same promotional video as the official website. Unfortunately, there isn't a downloadable game demo (drat!).
The company is also promoting the game with Dominos Pizza, where you can get the alpaca phone strap promo item for ordering a pizza through the Dimonos' online website.
