Rahi

The son of Ina, the mayor of Konohana Town, Rahi is a serious child. He doesn't get into a lot of trouble or michief, and acts as well as any future mayor might behave. Rahi likes to play with Ying, the other little girl in Konohana Town. He worries about his friend's health like any little mayor-in-training might do in the future.
