Down by the chef's house, Charlie asks the gourmet why he dresses the way he does. Pierre explains that Gourmets dress in this manner. It's quite fabulous! Unfortunately, Eliza feels that Pierre looks stupid and isn't afraid to tell him how she thinks. Maybe Pierre's fashion just isn't her tastes, and asks Charlie to back him up. Charlie doesn't think the way Pierre clothes himself looks cool at all!
Pierre looks around for another opinion and comes across you. He asks if you appreciate how he dresses, but you don't really give him a reply right away. Eventually you shake your head to indicate "no", but Pierre gets the impression that you mean that he isn't a bad dresser. Pierre gloats back at the kids and tells them they'll appreciate fashion more when they grow up.
