The event triggers after you leave your house the day with a gift after you reach to hearts with the bachelor, that’s how it worked for me, even after you are married to someone else this happens. I don’t think weather affects whether the event triggers or not as last time I played as a guy and Candace came to my door on a rainy day.

I know this is a silly question but are you playing as a guy or a girl? Only characters of the opposite gender have heart events while candidates of the same gender are not marriageable and their heart level is linked to rival events.

I have him at 2 hearts, but the event won't trigger. Are there other special conditions or am I just cursed? Am I missing something? TY in advance.
