Not people, really, but faceless (no portrait) merchants, iirc, whom you can buy...what were the different ones? Furniture and a few bits of clothing? I can't remember.

I have noticed the two vacant houses in Selphia, one by the sibling's house, Bado's blacksmithery, and the clinic, and the other one by the general store, the flower shop, and Magarete's house. Do people eventually move in them?
